Returns

Please notify us about your return for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order for UK orders or 20 days from the date of dispatch for International orders.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will make every effort to resolve a situation. However, please note we can not accept returns due to a change of mind as each item is made to order.

All the items returned must be in the original condition as they were sent to you - not worn, not washed, not damaged.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged for postage and include a return form clearly stating your name and order number.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, and all the postage fees have to be covered by a customer.

If all of the above is not favoured, we have the right to refuse a refund.

Please do not post your returns to the address on the shipping label of the parcel you've received.

Exchanges

If you would like to return and exchange item for a different size or colour, you may return it but you will be required to pay for the postage on the new item being dispatched to you.

The quickest and easiest way to do this is to make a new order for the items you do want, and return the other item for a refund. This way you will pay for your postage and receive your new items much quicker.

Incorrect / damaged order

On rare occasions when your order is incorrect (wrong item or size sent) or defected, please notify us at info@bonesandsorrel.com as soon as you have received the order.

Occasionally, in certain cases, we may need to see the item before dispatching a new one to help us with your enquiry but more often than not we will aim to get a replacement item out to you as soon as we hear from you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do can not accept returns and issue refunds for purchased Gift Cards.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after we have received and inspected your return.
